EUROPEAN CREATIVE CONTEST 2026: TRENTO AT THE HEART OF INTERNATIONAL CONTEMPORARY MUSIC

More than 15 countries represented. An international community of young composers. One shared challenge: the creative music of our time.

The European Creative Contest, promoted by Euregio Klassika, is strengthening its international standing, establishing itself as an increasingly significant event in the world of contemporary composition. Young composers from more than fifteen countries are bringing their musical ideas, artistic perspectives and distinctive voices into an international arena dedicated to creativity and innovation.

More than a competition, the European Creative Contest is a meeting point for emerging talent, artistic research and cultural exchange — a place where music transcends geographical and cultural boundaries, creating new opportunities for dialogue and artistic growth.

Contemporary music is not only the music we will hear tomorrow — it is the music young composers are creating today.

**Trento is becoming an international meeting point for the ideas, languages and voices shaping the future of music.**
