Street Mini 4WD organizations around the world officially distance themselves from practices involving the use of roller skates, skateboards, or any mobility aids other than running on foot, and strongly discourage contexts, events, and locations that are unsuitable or lacking the necessary safety conditions for practicing Street Mini 4WD.

Street Mini 4WD is a discipline based on running, driving control, technique, and safety. Any use of mobility support devices other than one’s own legs is considered inconsistent with the official spirit of the discipline and potentially dangerous for both drivers and spectators.

Official track designs and event guidelines are available on the official Street Mini 4WD Wiki and represent the only officially recognized reference standard.

All communities and organizers are encouraged to promote a safe, responsible, and consistent development of Street Mini 4WD.
