World Brotherhood Organization, an international, voluntary, non-profit, non-political social organization was founded in 1999. It took upon itself the motive of working for the good of humanity as a whole, and not for any particular sect, clan, religion, language or community. thus is different from many other social organization which, have been rather parochial in their approach. These organiza
tions have confined themselves to raising developmental issues only within particular communities or religions. W.B.O., on the other hand, seeks to provide a common platform for all the people of diverse backgrounds. It urges them to come forth and work for the betterment of the society as a unit and to foster brotherhood, harmony and unity among all religions. World Brotherhood Organization is motivated by a desire to inspire, mobilize, and bring together people from diverse religious and cultural backgrounds. It further seeks to strengthen the bonds of love and sharing aimed at keeping the social matrix healthy and enriched. Through this, we seek to foster "Sarva Dharma-Sambhava" which translate to respecting the equality of all religions and developing a mutual respect for all of them. We seek to step aside from the narrow, parochial and communal or religious overtones which unfortunately are plaguing the society today. We on the contrary, foster and actively promote a composite culture of harmony within humanity. It is in the light of the recent spurt in the number and magnitude of communal conflicts globally, that the role of organizations such as W.B.O. becomes increasingly relevant. Religion we hold, is basically one's personal relationship with the with the Creator. It is an instrument of spreading love, service, truth, right actions, thoughts and words. It seeks to bind people together and not to divide them on communal rights in any manner. Religion promotes the desire to serve humanity s a unit. works towards awakening that "Enlightened" state of being within everyone of us. We thereby are making efforts to create a far better world wherein peace reigns supreme. has its routes basically in India, W.B.O. is spreading its wings globally. This is being done by extending our membership across different countries. Our membership comprises eminent people from all walks of life and includes industrialists, diplomats, high-ranking government officials, doctors, lawyers, academia and other intellectuals, social workers and politicians. No wonder, our activities have been appreciated by people of other nations as well. I look forward to a wonderful time ahead for our Organization, as we work our way towards a better and brighter tomorrow, effused
