के. के. वाघ फाइन आर्ट्स कॉलेजमध्ये WOW च्या Red Dot Initiative अंतर्गत आयोजित पोस्टर स्पर्धेला ४१ विद्यार्थिनींचा उत्स्फूर्त सहभाग लाभला.

या स्पर्धेचा पारितोषिक वितरण समारंभ उत्साहात पार पडला. विद्यार्थिनींनी आपल्या कल्पक पोस्टर्सच्या माध्यमातून Red Dot या महत्त्वपूर्ण विषयाबद्दल जनजागृतीचा सुंदर संदेश दिला.

🔴 RED DOT BAG PROJECT | K. K. WAGH FINE ARTS COLLEGE, NASHIK

Creating awareness, encouraging responsibility, and empowering young minds! ❤️

As part of WOW Organisation’s Red Dot Bag Project, an awareness initiative was conducted at K. K. Wagh Fine Arts College to educate students about menstrual hygiene, the importance of responsible sanitary waste disposal, and the significance of using Red Dot Bags.

We are happy to acknowledge the enthusiastic participation of our young ambassadors:

✨ Creating Awareness. Empowering Youth. Making a Difference! ✨

WOW proudly marked a significant milestone with the successful culmination of Red Dot Awareness Week at K. K. Wagh College of Engineering, Nashik, spreading awareness about menstrual hygiene, sanitation, and the responsible disposal of sanitary waste.

❤️ A Week of Awareness, A Step Towards Change!

🔴 Reaching 1,000+ Students: Spreading the message of menstrual hygiene and responsible disposal practices among young minds.

🔴 Distributing 5,000 Red Dot Bags: Encouraging everyone to adopt the simple yet impactful practice — Use • Wrap • Dispose Responsibly.

🔴 Empowering 60 Red Dot Ambassadors: Inspiring student volunteers to become changemakers and carry the message of awareness and responsible waste disposal forward. Each ambassador was felicitated with a Red Dot Ambassador Badge, a tote bag, and 30 Red Dot Bags to promote this initiative among their peers and communities.

🤝 A Proud Milestone – MOU Signing

Adding to the success of this initiative, WOW signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Principal of K. K. Wagh College of Engineering, paving the way for a meaningful collaboration. This partnership will encourage student participation in WOW’s social initiatives, including Red Dot, Aarambha, and other community welfare projects, fostering leadership, social responsibility, and lasting community impact.

Project: Red Dot Project
A Red Dot Bag Awareness Program was conducted on 27 October 2026 at Rane Nagar, Nashik . The session focused on creating awareness about the proper segregation, handling, and disposal of sanitary waste using Red Dot Bags.
Participants were explained the importance of responsible sanitary waste disposal, hygiene, and protecting sanitation workers and the environment. The participants actively participated in the discussion and were encouraged to spread the message among their family and friends.

आज दिनांक २५/१०/२०२६ रोजी मी माझ्या मैत्रिणींना *सॅनिटरी पॅडची योग्य विल्हेवाट कशी लावावी* याबाबत माहिती दिली.

यावेळी शोभा पिंगळे, शोभा कोठावदे, गायत्री गुंजाळ, शीतल धुमसे, दर्शना आहेर आणि इतर काही महिला उपस्थित होत्या.

*योग्य पद्धत कोणती?*
वापरलेले सॅनिटरी पॅड उघड्यावर फेकू नका. त्यासाठी *Red Dot Bag* वापरा किंवा घरातील जुन्या वर्तमानपत्रापासून स्वतः एक पिशवी तयार करा. त्या पिशवीवर लाल ठिपका (🔴 Red Dot) काढा, वापरलेला पॅड त्यामध्ये व्यवस्थित गुंडाळून बंद करा आणि नंतरच कचरापेटीत टाका.

यामुळे आपल्या सफाई कामगार बांधवांना कचरा वेगळा ओळखण्यास मदत होईल आणि संसर्गाचा धोका टळेल.

चला, आपण सर्वजण मिळून स्वच्छतेच्या दिशेने एक छोटासा पण महत्त्वपूर्ण बदल घडवूया.

हा एक अत्यंत महत्त्वाचा सामाजिक आणि स्वच्छतेचा उपक्रम आहे.
या उपक्रमाची सुरुवात आपण स्वतःपासून आणि आपल्या आजूबाजूच्या लोकांपासून केली आहे. त्यामुळे ही छोटीशी सुरुवात पुढे आपोआप अनेकांपर्यंत पोहोचेल. 🌸

मी Red Dot Awareness या उपक्रमाची सुरुवात माझ्या Client kadun keli मी red dot वापरण्याचे महत्त्व आणि गरज समजावून सांगत आहे.

एका महिलेला आपण याबद्दल सांगितले, तर ती पुढे तिची सून, मुलगी, बहीण, मैत्रीण, शेजारीण आणि घरात येणाऱ्या इतर महिलांनाही Red Dot 🔴 चे महत्त्व सांगू शकते.

🔴 Sanitary Pad ची योग्य विल्हेवाट कशी लावावी?

Red Dot Bag वापरा किंवा घरातील जुन्या वर्तमानपत्रापासून स्वतः Bag तयार करा. त्या Bag वर Red Dot 🔴 काढा, वापरलेला Sanitary Pad त्यामध्ये व्यवस्थित गुंडाळून ठेवा आणि नंतर योग्य पद्धतीने कचरापेटीत टाका.

चला, आपण सर्वजण मिळून स्वच्छतेच्या दिशेने एक छोटासा पण महत्त्वपूर्ण बदल घडवूया.

🔴 Red Dot Awareness – महिलांच्या आरोग्यासाठी आणि स्वच्छ पर्यावरणासाठी एक महत्त्वपूर्ण उपक्रम 🌿
या उपक्रमादरम्यान महिलांना मासिक पाळीतील स्वच्छता, वापरलेल्या सॅनिटरी पॅड्सची योग्य पद्धतीने Red Dot Bag मध्ये बांधणी आणि त्यानंतर सुरक्षित व जबाबदारीने विल्हेवाट याबाबत मार्गदर्शन करण्यात आले.
मासिक पाळी हा लपवण्याचा विषय नाही. योग्य माहिती आणि योग्य सवयी अंगीकारल्यामुळे महिलांचे आरोग्य जपण्यासोबतच आपल्या परिसराची स्वच्छताही राखता येते. 🌿

आपल्या छोट्याशा प्रयत्नातूनही एक मोठा बदल घडवून आणता येतो. ❤️

हा सामाजिक उपक्रम त्यांना खूप आवडला आणि त्यांनी या जनजागृती अभियानाला पाठिंबा दर्शविला.
