f exploratory learning, the confidence in discovering one’s strengths, the hope for a better future with 21st century life skills and an awareness of one’s right and personal space. Overall, a way of life that is worth living. Over the years Parisar Asha has supported more than 1000 schools, millions of teachers and lacs of students. In the academic year 2015-16, Parisar Asha has touched 45000 students from private and government schools pan India and the biggest milestone which was placing Parisar Asha in the global map by winning the GLOBAL NGO CSR Award for 2016 for Outstanding Contribution in Education for Sustainability.

Today marked the fifth day of Educators’ Excellence Week 2026. The session was led by Sapana Shindolkar, Design Head at Parisar Asha and Sukhada Sahasrabudhe, Manager – Art and Aesthetics.
The session, titled “Vision Board for Classroom Transformation,” introduced innovative and engaging activities while emphasizing the importance of creating vision boards for classrooms. It focused on key elements such as Goals, Beliefs, Classroom Culture, and Teachers’ Mindset.
A total of 15 participants attended the session and engaged enthusiastically throughout. They took part in a variety of activities designed to help them reflect on current classroom challenges and explore ways to transform them into ideal learning environments.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to all participants for their active involvement and for sharing their valuable insights.

Today marked the fifth day of Educators’ Excellence Week 2026. The session was led by Sapana Shindolkar, Design Head at Parisar Asha and Sukhada Sahasrabudhe, Manager – Art and Aesthetics.

Yesterday marked the fourth day of the Educator's Excellence week 2026.
The session was conducted by Parisar Asha's Pre- primary Trainer and Mentor Deepal Shah. The topic-Word play in early years' introduced innovative activities and highlighted that early vocabulary building strongly supports and helps children later in fluency in reading and writing. The objective was to enable teachers to bridge gap between theoretical laguage to practical game based strategies.
The workshop extensively dealt with activities for preoperational stage .
A total of 19 participants took part in the session and participated enthusiastically. They composed story, solved puzzles and riddles and learnt phonic ans many more songs.
We thank all participants for their enthusiastic involvement in the session and sharing their valuable insights .

Yesterday marked the third day of the Educator's Excellence week 2026.
The session was conducted by Parisar Asha's Head Trainer and Mentor Vidya Ramaswamy. The topic-'Beyond IQ - Ways to be Smart' dealt with 'Intelligences' and not 'Intelligent' - beyond Literacy and Numeracy. The objective was to enable teachers to understand the ‘Theory of Multiple Intelligences’ and learn how to incorporate activities into the curriculum.
The workshop extensively dealt with activities for each Intelligence.
A total of 19 participants took part in the session and participated enthusiastically. They solved Worksheets, Mazes and puzzles, played hop scotch Math, nature story chain and also composed jingles.
We thank all participants for their enthusiastic involvement in the session and sharing their valuable insights .

Yesterday marked the second day of Educators’ Excellence Week 2026. The session was conducted by Parisar Asha’s counselling psychologist, Netra Kher, along with Ms. Gauri Karkhanis, Clinical Psychologist, on the topic “Dealing with Behavioural Issues.”
The workshop enabled participants to better understand challenging behaviours and learn effective, positive strategies to manage them. It focused on equipping educators with practical skills to address behavioural concerns in an empathetic, calm, and structured manner.
A total of 16 enthusiastic participants attended the session and were delighted to be part of the learning experience. We sincerely thank all participants for their active involvement and for sharing valuable ideas and insights that enriched the session.
