Image Management Professionals Association A non-profit organization, IMPA is the only association of image professionals in the Indian Sub-Continent and Middle East.

IMPA is dedicated to educating, facilitating, integrating and regulating the profession of image managemen in the region. IMPA’s vision is to become the platform for image professionals in the Indian Sub-continent and Middle East and to help them bring out their potential in helping their clients to enhance their image for a better and more rewarding personal, professional and social life. A virtual community is great. But meeting in real life? That’s where the connections really come alive. 🤝✨

The IMPA GCC Chapter brought together 22 members for its monthly meeting, going beyond the screen to learn, connect and exchange ideas.

The highlight?

An expert panel on “Soft Skills from the Other Side of the Table,” exploring what HR, leaders and organisations really look for.

From trainer credibility and positioning to measurable impact and changing workplace expectations, the conversation went beyond theory. With role-plays, networking, Q&A and reflection activities.

A monthly meet filled with learning, connection and real conversations. 💕

We’ve all watched that one movie or read this one book that we couldn’t quite stop thinking about for days. 📺📖

And it made us question what makes a good story? 🤔

The IMPA GCC Chapter explored this in a virtual learning session on “The Art of Storytelling.” Facilitated by Shina Rai.

The session explored components that make a good story: Hero, Struggle, and Resolution. Alongside plot structures like the Hero’s journey, story spine, three-act structure and Simon Sinek’s Golden Circle.

The session didn’t just focus on fiction, it also delved into storytelling in workplace communication and education.

By the end of the session, participants left as confident, structured, and effective storytellers. ✨

IMPA Delhi Chapter, in collaboration with YETI, conducted a session on ‘Healthy Digital Habits’ for students, encouraging them to use technology more mindfully and responsibly.

✨Healthy skin matters for your professional presence too.✨

The IMPA Chandigarh Chapter discussed the connection between skincare, the right nutrition, and personal presentation, conducted by Rashi Gupta.

Throughout the session members learned to curate everyday skincare, skin nutrition, and self-makeup routines.

That glow on your skin comes not only from investing in expensive products, but also from engaging in wellness practices, and personal grooming.

Self-care isn’t separate from confidence. When you feel good in your skin, it shows. 🌱

All in all, it was a session filled with expert insights, practical learning, and plenty of questions.

IMPA Hyderabad Chapter hosted the Signature Headshots Experience, in collaboration with Studio Stories.

It was created around the idea of making the first impression count.

The members were taken through the details behind building a powerful professional image.

Like:
✨ Posture.

✨ Expressions.

✨ Body Language.

✨ Camera Presence.

✨ Styling

Members received guidance before they stepped in front of the camera, and walked away with professional corporate headshots they could use across LinkedIn, websites, speaker profiles, and social media.
