What happens when teachers become learners, leaders, and innovators?

Classrooms begin to look different.

Through KSHAMATA Gujarat, 485+ government school teachers across Sanand and Bavla participated in intensive capacity-building workshops focused on self-leadership, foundational learning, communication, and technology-enabled teaching.

From reflective practice to AI-powered lesson planning, the training is helping educators bring new ideas into their classrooms making learning more engaging, inclusive, and meaningful for every child.

Because stronger educators create stronger learning experiences.

A new step forward for digital education in Uttarakhand.

SCERT Uttarakhand and Kotak Education Foundation have signed an MoU to build AI-enabled online courses for teachers and students across the state with plans to deliver them through DIKSHA, UK e-Srijan and Mission Karmayogi.

The collaboration will focus on developing and disseminating online courses for teachers and students, supported by content development, course design, technical support and implementation. It will also explore the integration of Artificial Intelligence, emerging technologies and modern digital pedagogies to strengthen teaching and learning.

The partnership also opens avenues to support student innovation through Innovate Uttarakhand Hackathon 3.0, including opportunities around mentoring, evaluation and taking promising ideas towards prototype development.

With academic expertise, technology and innovation coming together, this collaboration marks the beginning of a shared journey towards creating more accessible, meaningful and future-ready learning opportunities for teachers and students in Uttarakhand.

What does it take to build a confident communicator?

Sometimes, it starts with a conversation, a classroom activity, or the courage to speak up.

Through a capacity-building workshop in Andhra Pradesh, 136 teachers from 108 MJP Residential Schools explored practical ways to make English learning more immersive, engaging, and part of everyday school life.

From interactive learning spaces to creative communication activities, the training focused on helping teachers create classrooms where students feel more confident to speak, express, and learn.

Because every confident communicator begins with an opportunity to be heard.

Six years of NEP 2020 - seen from the back of a classroom.

From Rural Roots to Multinational Corridors.
Baireddy Navya, a Kotak Kanya Scholar and BTech. in Civil Engineering from IIT Madras, is proving that resilience and adaptability can open doors to new beginnings.

Growing up in Devarakonda, Telangana, Navya’s dreams were shaped by her family’s sacrifices and her own determination to excel. From scoring 98.8% in Class 12 to earning a place at IIT Madras, she continued to push boundaries.

When health challenges disrupted her academic journey, Navya chose to rise again. With the support of her KKS mentor, she rebuilt her confidence, returned to her studies and persevered.

Her curiosity led her beyond Civil Engineering into software and data systems. Today, she is a Data Analyst at Standard Chartered GBS, turning her evolving aspirations into a promising career.

Her Dream Was Bigger Than Every Setback

Muskan Amrin Abdul Malik had one goal - to become a Chartered Accountant. But the journey to her dream came with its share of challenges.

When Mathematics proved difficult, she responded with relentless practice, scoring 91/100 and going on to achieve 95% in HSC, topping her town.

Her CA journey brought its share of setbacks too. But Muskan refused to let rejection define her. She analysed her mistakes, learned, improved and tried again - until she successfully cleared her CA Intermediate examinations.

Today, her Articleship in Industrial Training at Tata Capital marks another milestone in a journey built on perseverance, determination and an unwavering belief in her dream.
