Real Estate & Construction Conclave 3.0 – Goa
Inaugural Session
The formal inaugural ceremony began at 2.30 PM with a warm welcome by Gourish Bhat, followed by the National Anthem and the ceremonial Lighting of the Lamp, symbolising the beginning of an inspiring knowledge-sharing event.
CA Siddharth Sinkar, Founder Director of the Global Chamber of Saraswat Entrepreneurs, introduced the Chamber's vision, achievements and initiatives undertaken to promote entrepreneurship, professional excellence and business networking across India.
The conclave was honoured by the presence of Shri Vinayak Pai, Managing Director & CEO, Tata Projects Limited, as the Chief Guest. In his keynote address, he shared valuable insights on leadership, infrastructure development, technological transformation and the evolving opportunities within India's construction industry. His address inspired participants to embrace innovation, quality and sustainability as the foundation for future growth.
The Special Guest, Shri Chetan Raikar, Chairman of Strucwel Designers & Consultants, delivered an enlightening address on emerging trends in structural engineering, design excellence and the future direction of the real estate and construction sector.
During the inaugural session, the Chamber also signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Saraswati Mandir, Panaji, reinforcing its commitment towards collaborative initiatives for entrepreneurship, education and professional development.

The felicitation ceremony recognised distinguished personalities for their exceptional contributions to the construction, engineering, business and professional sectors. Their achievements continue to inspire the next generation of entrepreneurs and professionals.
Panel Discussion I
Constructing Excellence: Leadership in Action
The first panel discussion was expertly moderated by Shri Guruprasad Mantravadi, Principal Architect, who steered an engaging conversation on leadership, entrepreneurship, governance and business excellence.

The discussion explored the qualities required for effective leadership in today's dynamic construction environment, covering strategic decision-making, financial management, legal compliance, innovation, organisational culture and long-term business sustainability. The session concluded with an interactive question-and-answer segment where delegates actively engaged with the panellists.
Entrepreneur Development Session
The audience was then addressed by Shri B. S. Pai Angle, Managing Director, EDC Ltd., who highlighted various Government schemes available for entrepreneurs and elaborated on the entrepreneurship development and skill enhancement programmes conducted by EDII Goa. His presentation encouraged aspiring entrepreneurs to leverage institutional support for business growth.
Shri Pratish Prabhudesai expressed his strong commitment to fostering greater engagement among the youth of the Saraswat community by bringing them together on a common platform for networking, collaboration, and mutual support. He also emphasised the importance of creating a dedicated youth network that would encourage entrepreneurship, leadership, and professional growth, while strengthening the Global Chamber of Saraswat Entrepreneurs through greater participation and active involvement of young members.
Panel Discussion II
The Business of Green
The second panel discussion, "The Business of Green," focused on sustainability, environmentally responsible construction practices and the future of green buildings. The session was moderated by Shri Pravin Kakode, Managing Director & Co-Founder, Upgrade Enterprises.

Closing Ceremony
The conclave concluded with Closing Remarks by Er. Bharat Kamat, Director, Global Chamber of Saraswat Entrepreneurs, who expressed gratitude to the speakers, delegates, sponsors, organising committee and volunteers for making the event a grand success.
