🌱 Training on Natural Farming under Project PRAGATI 🌱

As part of Project PRAGATI (Punjab’s Rural Advancement for Growth, Agriculture, and Transformative Impact), the SHARAN Foundation successfully organized a Training Programme on Natural Farming for farmers and rural households in Village Jogewala and Village Kahan Singh Wala, District Moga, Punjab.

The training session was facilitated by Gurpreet Singh Dabrikhana, who shared valuable insights on sustainable and eco-friendly agricultural practices. Participants were sensitized on the principles of natural farming, reduction in chemical inputs, soil health improvement, indigenous farming techniques, and cost-effective methods to enhance farm productivity while preserving environmental sustainability.

The programme aimed to encourage farmers to adopt climate-resilient agricultural practices, improve soil fertility, reduce cultivation costs, and promote long-term livelihood security. The interactive session provided an excellent platform for farmers to discuss field-level challenges and explore practical solutions through natural farming approaches.

We sincerely thank NABKISAN Finance Limited and NABFOUNDATION for their valuable support in enabling such transformative community-based initiatives. Their commitment to sustainable rural development continues to empower farming communities and strengthen grassroots livelihoods.

Together, we are fostering a healthier environment, resilient agriculture, and prosperous rural communities.
