Meet Frisky – a beautiful 4-year-old German Shepherd whose story is one of unimaginable resilience.
For the first four years of her life, she was kept tied to a staircase, neglected, and rarely fed. The very people who were supposed to care for her took away her freedom, comfort, and love.
Yet somehow... they couldn't take away her gentle heart.
Today, Frisky is safe, healthy, vaccinated, and spayed. She has left her painful past behind and is ready to begin a new chapter with a family that will never let her feel unwanted again.
