Maharana Pratap: A Natyashala Presentation of Courage & Valour

A powerful theatrical presentation on the life, courage, and sacrifice of Maharana Pratap was performed on 16 August at Shivbari Mandir, Bikaner, Rajasthan.

The act was presented by students from government schools, showcasing their talent, dedication, and understanding of the inspiring legacy of Maharana Pratap. Through powerful acting, traditional costumes, dramatic sequences, and sword-fighting performances, the students brought the story of Rajasthan’s legendary warrior to life on stage.

On 14 August 2026, Natyashala – the Art & Cultural Wing of Prayatna School of Excellence, celebrated the spirit of Independence at the Art & Culture Centre with a vibrant and inspiring cultural presentation.

The celebration featured energetic dance performances, patriotic acts, and a powerful theatrical presentation — “Khoob Ladi Mardani”, portraying the courage, strength, and sacrifice of Maharani Lakshmibai. ⚔️🇮🇳

Performed by Government School Students, the event beautifully brought together art, culture, patriotism, courage, and inspiration.

Through every dance, act, and theatrical moment, our young performers paid tribute to the heroes who fought for India's freedom and reminded us of the values that continue to inspire our nation.

Maharana Pratap — The Spirit of Courage, Sacrifice & Nationalism 🇮🇳

Today, Prayatna SoE NatyaShala Theatre 🎭 Group presented **two consecutive shows depicting the struggle, courage and inspiring life of the legendary Maharana Pratap

🏫 Maheshwari Public School — Main City Area, Bikaner
🏫 Government School, Ambasar Village — Rural Bikaner District, Rajasthan

Through theatre, we brought alive the story of a great warrior who stood firmly for his freedom, self-respect and principles, even during the most difficult times.

The performance highlighted powerful values that remain relevant for every generation:

🇮🇳 Spirit of Nationalism— Putting the nation and its honour above personal comfort.

The purpose of this performance was not just to tell history, but to help young minds feel the values behind history — courage, discipline, sacrifice, patriotism and responsibility towards the nation.

From the heart of the city to a rural government school in Ambasar, the message remains the same:

Samvit Shikshan Sansthan, Bikaner presented a powerful theatrical performance based on the life, courage, and unwavering spirit of Maharana Pratap.
