भारतीय रेल में दिव्यांग (Handicap/PwD) यात्रियों को टिकट में रियायत (Discount) मिलती है। मुख्य छूटें इस प्रकार हैं:
दृष्टिबाधित (Blind/Visual Impairment) यात्री: कई श्रेणियों में 75% तक छूट।
अस्थि/चलने-फिरने में दिव्यांग (Orthopaedic/Locomotor Disability): Sleeper, 3AC, Chair Car आदि में 75% तक छूट; 1AC और 2AC में 50% तक छूट।
श्रवण एवं वाणी दिव्यांग (Deaf & Dumb): कुछ श्रेणियों में 50% छूट।
कई मामलों में सहायक (Es**rt) को भी समान छूट मिलती है।
छूट लेने के लिए सामान्यतः UDID Card या रेलवे द्वारा मान्य दिव्यांग पहचान/प्रमाणपत्र आवश्यक होता है। ऑनलाइन IRCTC बुकिंग के लिए रेलवे दिव्यांग आईडी का उपयोग किया जा सकता है। #सशक्तदिव्यांगजन_समर्थभारत

It's our utmost request to Ministry of Railways all central government and state government authorities to ensure that there must be ramp on railway platform and public places.
