Celebrating Nutrition, Health & Healthy Choices!

As part of Rashtriya Poshan Maah 2026, Sewa Sathi team organised engaging activities at Atal Utkrisht Government Inter College, Kotdwar, Uttarakhand, reaching 65 students.

Students participated in Shri Anna (millets) poster and quiz competitions and learned about the health benefits of nutritious foods. Dr. Ajay Negi, Medical Officer, Government Hospital Kalalghati, also shared valuable insights on health, hygiene, and the benefits of millets.

We also formed a Health & Hygiene Club with 25 students to encourage continued learning and healthy habits.

Together, we are helping young minds make healthier choices today for a healthier tomorrow.

We are glad to share that 1,084 adolescent girls have been screened for hemoglobin (Hb) so far!

This camp helps find anaemia early, teaches girls about good nutrition, and makes sure they get the right support and care on time. It is part of our effort towards the Anemia Mukt Bharat initiative.

A big thank you to the Project SATHI team, the Sewa Aarogyam MMU team, and the school staff for working together to make this possible.

We will continue the screening and keep working for the health and well-being of our girls.

Sewa International is building healthier communities through awareness and care.

With the support of Veedol Corporation Limited, our monthly health awareness camps are helping people learn how to prevent health problems before they become serious.

At Ranibari GP, Kadamtala RD Block, North Tripura, a Malnutrition Awareness Camp brought community members together to understand the importance of nutrition and healthy habits.

Along with regular OPD camps, these awareness sessions are helping communities make healthier choices every day.

Sewa International is bringing healthcare closer to communities where it is needed most.

With the support of Veedol , regular OPD camps are helping families in the remote villages of Dharmanagar, North Tripura, access essential healthcare without travelling long distances.

In the last quarter, our teams have conducted 46 OPD camps, reaching 1,500+ beneficiaries.

In the wake of devastating floods that have disrupted lives across Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh, Sewa International has stepped forward once again to serve those in need.

We are proud to announce the successful distribution of 4,000 relief kits to flood-affected families in Satna, Madhya Pradesh, and Chitrakoot, Uttar Pradesh - bringing essential supplies, hope, and a sense of security to communities battling the aftermath of nature’s fury.

Dr. Bharat Pathak, Trustee of Sewa International, spoke to the media on the ground. He talked about how urgent and large the relief work is. He also said that Sewa International will always stand by communities during their hardest times.

Our teams worked very hard, day and night. They checked the real situation on the ground, gathered the needed supplies, and made sure the help reached every family that needed it, even in the most difficult-to-reach areas.

At Sewa International, we believe: “Sewa Paramo Dharma” - Service is the highest duty.
