Sa-Dhan strengthens its commitment to responsible finance and borrower protection with the launch of an AI-driven Toll-Free Helpline: 1800 8899 270

This initiative empowers borrowers of member MFIs with an accessible, transparent, and responsive platform to:
✔️ Register grievances
✔️ Seek guidance
✔️ Escalate unresolved issues

By enhancing grievance redressal mechanisms, we aim to build greater client confidence and reinforce accountability across the microfinance sector.

We urge all member institutions to actively promote the helpline by ensuring its visibility across borrower touchpoints—passbooks, branches, digital platforms, and field interactions—and by sensitising staff to guide borrowers effectively.

Aligned with the RBI Says Fair Practices Code and Client Protection Principles, this step reflects our continued focus on ethical, transparent, and client-centric practices.

Let’s work together to ensure every borrower is heard.
