A heartfelt “Vartalap” session organized by Centre for Child Rights, creating a safe and supportive space for students to openly discuss their mental well-being, emotions, and everyday experiences. The session encouraged students to share their thoughts, challenges, and feelings with mentors, fostering a sense of understanding, empathy, and connection.
“Vartalap,” meaning dialogue, highlighted the importance of listening, sharing, and supporting one another. By promoting open communication between students and mentors, the session helped break the stigma around discussing mental health and encouraged students to speak freely about their daily lives, aspirations, and concerns.✨🫰🏻
