Braden Burby’s Special Showcase is Now LIVE! 🍋

At just 17 years old, Braden Burby is partially blind and lives with rare genetic conditions. Through cooking, he has found joy, creativity, confidence and independence.

Braden is too young to officially compete in Golden Eye Chef 2026, but being too young to compete should never mean being too young to have your talent seen and your story heard.

That is why we invited Braden to join Golden Eye Chef 2026 as a Special Showcase Entry.

Golden Eye Chef at ChefEx India 2026 | Connecting with the Hospitality Industry

Golden Eye Chef had the opportunity to be part of ChefEx India 2026, held from 18–20 September in Chandigarh.

Representing Golden Eye Chef, Pinky Mangal and Annapurna showcased their cooking skills by preparing Indore's famous Usal Poha and connected with professional chefs and hospitality industry representatives.

The experience was about more than cooking. It created an opportunity to bring greater visibility to the skills of blind and visually impaired chefs and open conversations around inclusion and opportunities in the food and hospitality industry.

We are grateful to Chef Manjit Singh Gill, the ChefEx team, PHDCCI, and all the chefs and professionals who welcomed, encouraged and supported Golden Eye Chef.

Golden Eye Chef 2026 में 11 देशों के 20 नेत्रहीन और दृष्टिबाधित शेफ एक साथ आ रहे हैं। भोजन, कहानियों और इस विश्वास के साथ कि एक व्यंजन सीमाओं को पार कर लोगों को एक-दूसरे से जोड़ सकता है।

भारत के Indori Khopra Patis और कोलंबिया के Sabores del Hogar से लेकर मोज़ाम्बिक के Boat of Nations, ईरान के Northern Iranian Stuffed Eggplant, किर्गिस्तान के Boorsok, यूक्रेन के Ukrainian Borscht, नॉर्थ मैसेडोनिया के United by Taste और स्पेन के Guisote Gastoreño तक, हर प्रविष्टि अपने साथ एक अलग कहानी लेकर आती है।
