Adv. Namrata Mishra is a well-renowned legal professional with over two decades of experience across litigation and non-litigation practice. She is a multifaceted leader—Director of an e-learning company, POCSO Lawyer and Trainer, Mentor, POSH Enabler, Family Law Practitioner, and Co-Founder of Laws Around Us. She currently serves as Chairperson ICC (POSH) for Torrent Power Corporation Ltd., Agra, President of the Indian Lawyers Association (Agra Chapter), and Vice-President of the WICCI Anti-Sexual Harassment Council, UP. She also contributes as a 1090 Women Helpline Counselor with UP Police & UNICEF and as Legal Advisor to UP Crime Control Council and Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar University, Agra. As an External Member of various Internal Committees across India, she plays a vital role in ensuring workplace safety and compliance. Having conducted 945+ legal literacy workshops nationwide for students, educators, corporates, institutions and even the Indian Army, she is a powerful advocate for protection and empowerment. Prof. Sumita Srivastava is a Full Professor of Entrepreneurship and Organizational Behavior at the Dayalbagh Educational Institute (Deemed to be University), Agra. With over 22 years of academic and research experience, complemented by a brief stint in the corporate sector, she has built a strong scholarly and professional presence in the field of entrepreneurship. Her research passion is reflected in her extensive supervision record, with more than six PhD scholars already awarded their degrees and seven more currently pursuing doctoral research under her guidance. Prof. Srivastava has published widely in reputed international refereed journals and continues to contribute to contemporary discussions in entrepreneurship and organizational behavior.

Pratima Bhargava, Founder and President of Kalyanam Foundation, Agra, is dedicated to empowering under-privileged and orphaned girls by fully sponsoring their education. She ensures they receive school fees, books, uniforms and guidance to become personally and financially independent. She also uplifts women in the Agra District Jail by teaching them skills such as stitching, sewing, carpet making and beauty training, helping them gain dignity and livelihood. Her foundation supports women who cannot afford bail and organizes awareness programs for inmates and their children. She further strengthens the community by sponsoring weddings of underprivileged girls and promoting menstrual hygiene through sanitary napkin distribution and incinerator installations.
