On Saturday the 13th of June, the Donegal vs Cork GAA All-Ireland Qualifier Round 2 Game will take place at MacCumhaill Park, Ballybofey. Throw-in is at 3pm.

Please expect traffic delays both before and after the match. While we endeavour to assist traffic movement as much as possible, the large numbers attending will result in unavoidable delays. Adding additional time for your journey is advised.

Parking will be available in several car parks around the town. Please utilise these areas fully. With such a large attendance expected, any vehicles causing an obstruction will be towed to ensure a free flow of traffic pre and post match.

Only match ticket holders will be permitted entry to the grounds. Please note that alcohol is not permitted inside the grounds.

Only vehicles authorised by Donegal GAA will be permitted access to the car park at Mac Cumhaill Park. Limited parking for Blue Badge holders is available in the car park at the stand entrance (behind the Villa Rose hotel). Access to this car park is via the Back Road at Jackson’s Hotel. Once full, no further vehicles will be granted access to this area. There is limited disabled parking on the Main Street and in car parks in the vicinity of the grounds.

Please follow all directions given by Gardaí and stewards in the area. We hope that everyone has an enjoyable day and we wish both teams the best of luck!

June is Cavernoma Awareness Month (brain and spinal cord)

A cavernoma is a cluster of abnormal blood vessels in the brain or spinal cord. Although rare, cavernomas can cause neurological symptoms including seizures, headaches, bleeding (haemorrhage), and difficulties with speech, vision, memory, and movement.

Cavernoma Ireland is marking June by raising awareness of this condition and supporting individuals and families affected across Ireland.
