Today, 21 March, we mark World Down Syndrome Day 2026 💙💛

This year’s theme, Together Against Loneliness, is a powerful reminder that inclusion is not just about access — it’s about belonging.

At Employability Limerick, we see every day how meaningful employment creates connection, confidence, and community for people with Down syndrome and disabilities.

Work is more than a job — it’s a pathway to participation and purpose.

Let’s continue to challenge barriers, open doors, and build workplaces where no one is left on the sidelines.
