Message from the school today, 7th January:

To Parents and Staff,

I hope you are all safe and well at home. I am currently at the school and the wet-pour yards and carpark are in a treacherous condition due to ice. We will review the yards in the morning and text all parents and staff by 8.30am. If we do go ahead and open tomorrow it will be an 11am opening time and it will only be for the classes in the main building. All classes in prefabs will remain closed tomorrow. Unfortunately we cannot make a final decision regarding reopening until we review the situation in the morning.

Just a reminder that the school sent out a text today saying they will be closed tomorrow, Monday the 6th of January, due to adverse weather and travel conditions.

Congratulations to staff Siobhan and Gillian, and all at St Vincent's School on a wonderful coffee morning in support of Hospice. A delectable array of treats and fond memories of those past who benefitted so much from hospice care. A poignant morning also, remembering former colleague and dear friend Pat Coakley, may she rest peacefully ♥️
