What a weekend! Our Phoenix patrol were Awesome. They were awarded Gold Standard at the equivalent of the All Ireland of camping competitions! They did us so proud! Represented the group fantastically. The photos do not do the event justice. From the minute they arrived on Thursday morning til the closing ceremony they worked their asses off and had the Craic in equal measures.

And that’s a wrap! What a week. Kerry was amazing. Kids have gone home Broken & Buzzing and leaders more so! Savage weather, stunning views and even more unforgettable experiences. From cooking the fish the caught themselves, pushing themselves on the rock face, chilling on the beach and to top it off a Dawn raid on Carrauntoohil! Pictures Do not do it justice.

Summer Camp ‘26! Cahirsiveen. Weather has been amazing all week! Long drive down Friday for the logistics team but the creamy pints on Friday night were totally worth it!
Scouts arrived Saturday and a farmers field was turned into one of our coolest camp sites yet. Beach day at Derrynane Sunday, deep sea fishing and rock climbing Monday, which led to fish n chips for dinner and fresh mackerel fur breakfast and giant slip n slide today. Kids are having a Ball and leaders are having so much craic! Stay tuned!!

Huge congratulations to our TERRIFIC TURTLES who achieved GOLD STANDARD at the National Cub Challenge in Larch Hill this weekend 🎉🎉🙌🙌 We’re so proud of them and all the hard work they put in as a team and with their leaders 🙌
