“Prayer is an act of love; words are not needed.” — St. Thérèse of Lisieux

In a world full of noise, notifications, and constant pressure to say the right thing, it’s easy to think prayer has to be perfect.

But God isn’t looking for perfect word. He is looking for your heart.

Sometimes prayer is sitting quietly in His presence.
Sometimes it’s a tear, a sigh, or a simple “Lord, help me.”
Sometimes it’s choosing to trust Him when life doesn’t make sense.

You don’t need a script to talk to God. Just show up. ❤️

The deepest prayers often come from a heart that loves, even when words fail. 🙏🏼❤️

The home stretch to Santiago! ❤️

Today we completed another 20km on the Camino de Santiago. It was a day filled with challenge, perseverance, friendship, and many meaningful encounters along the way.

A special highlight was gathering together to celebrate the Eucharist on the Feast of Corpus Christi. It was a precious opportunity to pause, pray, and give thanks for the many blessings of this pilgrimage. 🙏

We were reminded that the Camino is much more than a physical journey. As we walk towards Santiago, we are also journeying inward. Growing in faith and learning to give back to others through kindness, generosity, forgiveness, and service.

We are grateful for the friendships formed, the beauty of the Camino, and the graces received along the way.

Tomorrow we enter Santiago, carrying with us the prayers and intentions of all who have supported us on this journey. Please keep us in your prayers as we take these final steps together. ❤️

“God is not only in the churches.”

Walking the Camino on Corpus Christi, that feels especially true. Today we celebrate Christ’s presence in the Eucharist, but we’re also reminded that the God we encounter at the altar also walks with us on the road.

In the conversations, the kindness of strangers, the beauty of creation, and every step of the journey, Christ is present.

Today was our second day joining together towards Santiago. Beginning at Dawn we said goodbye to Portomarín and walked 26km to the town of Palas De Rei. We enjoyed the beautiful scenery as we continue the Way to St James, walking in faith one step at a time.
