The Family Addiction Support Network 5K Fun Run is nearly here — a morning for fresh air, good company, plenty of laughs and supporting an important cause.

This is very much a “go at your own pace” kind of event 😄

Whether you run, walk, wander, power-walk or stop halfway for a chat — you’ll fit right in.

Bring your friends, your family, the buggy, the dog… or simply bring yourself. The important thing is being part of it.

Every step taken on the day helps support families living with the impact of addiction and helps remind people that support, understanding and hope are out there.

Join us for the Family Addiction Support Network 5K on Sunday, 17th May 2026 at Shercock Athletic Club.

This event is ideal for runners looking to set a time, as well as committed walkers who enjoy a solid 5K challenge in a supportive, community setting.

⏰ Race starts at 10 a.m.

All proceeds go directly to supporting families affected by addiction.
