Quit Smoking - friendly and supportive 12 week programme available through 1-1 support from a dedicated Stop Smoking Advisor and We Can Quit groups, includes Ni****ne Replacement Therapy and other stop smoking medication to help people quit smoking and stay quit for good. Healthy Food Made Easy Programmes - support and inform a healthier diet, nutrition and cookery course that helps people to change to a healthy diet, plan meals on a budget and make easy to cook meals. Community Employment Programme - the EDI Centre employs approximately 40 staff who participate on the CEP, some of these staff members are based in the EDI Centre itself and others are based in community and voluntary organisations located at various locations in County Longford. Positions available on our Community Employment Scheme include receptionist, catering assistant, caretaker, clerical assistant, care attendant, information officer, administrator.
