Reboot HK The goal of Reboot HK is to take an innovative approach to solving some of Hong Kongs major problems, using design thinking, tools and techniques.

Reboot HK is a not-for-profit, strategic design platform co-founded by Elaine Ann (Kaizor Innovation), Kristin Low (Digital Butter) and Patti Hunt (On-Off Design and Technology). Hong Kong is full of passionate people who want to make it a better place to live, work and play. Reboot HK projects are staffed by volunteers, attracting people from all walks of life to unite around a common cause and t

he passion to make a positive difference to Hong Kong. Our first project looks at Hong Kong Taxi services to identify ways to improve outcomes for customers, drivers and the industry. Our current volunteers are a mix of university students, designers and entrepreneurs from the HK small business community.
