🇮🇹 OPEN CALL | DIGITAL SHIFT – Training Course in Sicily

How can we use digital tools in youth work meaningfully, critically and responsibly — rather than simply because they are available?

EN.O Greece is looking for 3 participants from Greece to join Digital Shift, an Erasmus+ Training Course taking place in Agrigento, Sicily, Italy, from 26 October to 4 November 2026. 🇪🇺🇮🇹

💻 What is Digital Shift about?

Digitalisation is changing the way young people communicate, learn, participate and engage — and consequently the way we work with them.

Through non-formal and experiential learning, participants will explore how digital approaches can support learning, participation, inclusion, communication and engagement, while reflecting critically on wellbeing, accessibility, ethics, privacy and online safety.

🎯 Who are we looking for?

Participant profile will be an important selection criterion.

We are looking for people aged 18+ who are actively involved as youth workers, trainers, facilitators, educators, project coordinators or volunteers, who work directly with and for young people and are active in the youth field.

Applicants should be able to work in English, have a genuine interest in digital youth work and non-formal education, and be ready not only to learn but also to contribute their own experience and practices.

🌱 Your participation does not end in Sicily.

Selected participants will be expected to transfer their learning back to EN.O Greece and their local community through a concrete follow-up/dissemination activity after the Training Course.

What matters is a clear connection between your current work, the Training Course and what you plan to do afterwards.

🇦🇼 CALL FOR PARTICIPANTS | Training Course in Aruba

Ready to take your involvement in youth work beyond borders — and bring the experience back to your local community?

EN.O Greece is looking for motivated participants to join the international Training Course & Partnership Building Activity “Youth Organisations, Local Realities and Future Projects”, taking place in Aruba from 16–22 November 2026.

The activity will bring together people involved in youth work from Europe and the Dutch Caribbean for a week of learning, exchange and cooperation.

Through non-formal education, practical workshops, study visits and interaction with local youth organisations, participants will explore different realities of youth work, exchange practices and develop skills and ideas that can be transferred back to their communities.

👥 Who is this opportunity for?

The call is addressed to members of the EN.O Greece Youth Workers’ & Educators Network, as well as people who would like to become actively involved in the network and contribute to activities empowering young people and local communities.

We are looking for people who are motivated to:
✨ learn and exchange with youth workers from different countries and contexts
✨ develop practical tools and methods for working with young people
✨ discover youth work practices and organisations in Aruba
✨ strengthen their capacity to design meaningful activities for young people
✨ bring their learning back home and put it into practice through local youth and community activities

Accommodation, meals during the official programme, training materials and programme-related local transportation are covered. Travel costs are reimbursed according to the applicable Erasmus+ rules and distance-band limits.

🚶🌿 MINDWALK – Erasmus+ Training Course

What if supporting young people's wellbeing started by taking a walk?

We are looking for 3 youth workers, youth leaders, trainers, volunteers or educators from Greece to join an international Erasmus+ learning journey focused on mindfulness, mental wellbeing, outdoor learning and non-formal education.

🇮🇹 PART 1 – SICILY, ITALY
📅 6–14 July 2026
🏨 Hotel accommodation in Agrigento
🌊 Near the sea
🧠 Workshops on mindfulness, sensory learning, outdoor facilitation and practical tools for youth wellbeing

BUT...

⚠️ MINDWALK IS NOT JUST ONE MOBILITY.

Participants are strongly encouraged to take part in the SECOND TRAINING COURSE as well:

🇪🇸 PART 2 – SPAIN (October 2026)
🥾 Based on the Camino de Santiago experience
🚶 Approximately 25 km walking per day
🛏️ Shared hostel rooms and shared bathrooms
🌿 Outdoor learning, reflection, mindfulness and peacebuilding methods

This second mobility is an essential part of the learning journey and we are primarily looking for participants who are willing and motivated to participate in BOTH training courses.

✔ Interested in wellbeing, inclusion and non-formal education
✔ Open-minded and adaptable
✔ Comfortable with group living

This is not a holiday.

It is a unique opportunity to learn practical tools for supporting young people's wellbeing while experiencing two completely different learning environments: the sunny coast of Sicily and the transformative journey of the Camino de Santiago.

"Sustainable Bodies" | Final Results

The Erasmus+ project “Sustainable Bodies” (2024-1-ES02-KA210-YOU-000250352) has successfully come to an end!

Over the past months, partners from Spain (Associació Cultural Tabalà), Greece (EN.O Greece) , and the Czech Republic (Hodina H) worked together to promote sustainable and inclusive approaches to personal and intimate hygiene.

🔹 developed educational materials & workshop methodology
🔹 implemented local workshops with young people
🔹 used pre- & post-surveys to measure impact
🔹 promoted sustainable, ethical & body-positive practices
