NO COMMITTEE = NO CANOLFAN

AGM 7pm 16th June 2026

Please your attendance is crucial. The canolfan has had a number of "long serving" committee members stand down this year. Without a committee the centre cannot continue to serve the community.
We therefore ask that all users, groups, and locals please attend this years AGM and consider what all of us can offer in terms of service, time and energy to keep the Canolfan Edward Richard Centre Ystrad Meurig operating.
We urgently NEED NEW COMMITTEE MEMBERS or we risk losing this wonderful centre.

This Thursday's coffee morning and book exchange is from 10.30 till 12.00.
They'll be a demonstration with a chance to take part in a game of "BOLT ACTION the WW2 - Tabletop - Wargame.

Local ,war gamer and modelling novice Alan Cookson whlo'll be setting up a "skirmish" demonstration and talk enthusiastically about his hobby, the models, process and game with the willing invited to roll a few dice.

Social Stroll Details - Tuesday 3rd March : Social Stroll – Plas Crug, Aberystwyth

This month’s stroll will be along Plas Crug in Aberystwyth. Come and enjoy a short level walk with friends. All are welcome. This
wide tree-lined path is level and is of tarmac, so shouldn’t be muddy. The bulbs are also currently in flower, offering welcome cheer
through this continued unsettled weather. The emphasis will be on shared company outdoors rather than ability or distance covered.
The walk is suitable for those with prams, or wheelchair and scooter users. The duration of the walk will be 45-60 minutes. Meet at
Aberystwyth Bus Station - Stand 5 (next to Mountain Warehouse) for a 10:30 start.
