Yesterday a group of our trainees were concentrating and working hard doing embroidery and making lovely poppy hearts. Guided by Tara from Fabric Sewn Beautiful Workshops these are great creative and therapeutic sessions. The guys were rightly proud of what they achieved! 👏👏

What a day!! Despite the rain and the result a group of our trainees had a brilliant day watching Yeovil Town FC v Altrincham. They were treated like VIPs and got to meet the Chairman, go down the tunnel and meet some of the Yeovil Town FC players who made everyone very welcome and signed lots of autographs for our trainees. It was a very special day and huge thanks to Keith Weston and everyone at YTFC for making it such a special day for the Hub's trainees!!

We run regular art therapy sessions at the Hub but every now and again we mix things up a bit. We have 4 workshops scheduled in with the fab Sue at Yeovil Arts Space. Yesterday's session was all about Autumn. Our trainees were very creative and loved the session! You can see how proud they were of their efforts!

From cooking up delicious breakfasts and making coffees to serving our customers with a warm smile, they’ve been doing a fantastic job! ☕🍳

Our new sessions at Keri Hill Dance Studios are Fab-u-lous!!
Our trainees are learning two routines to Grease Lightning and A Million Dreams which helps with confidence, movement, co-ordination and step by step instruction. It is great fun and great exercise! Then at the end they can select their favourite songs to express themselves and lose their self in the music! It is magical to see them let themselves go and just embrace the music and dance! 🕺 💃

Our trainees love varied experiences. A group went to Cary Alpacas this morning to learn about these lovely animals and feed them and take take them for a walk. The guys had a great time and were well looked after as always by Kim from Cary Alpacas .

Our martial arts sessions at Panthers Martial Arts Academy are so popular that we had requests from our trainees to run them more than one day a week. Now thanks to a grant of £5,000 from the Medlock Charitable Trust these sessions are now running on Thursdays as well as Mondays. Huge thanks to the Medlock Charitable Trust for this generous donation. 🙏🙏👏👏
