Aims and Objectives: It is the aim of able2achieve Limited to provide high quality and innovative services to people aged 18 years and upwards and whose primary diagnosis is that of a learning disability whose needs can be metwithin a community setting, we understand that many people within our communities at times receive more than one diagnosis therefore we also offer support to those diagnosed

with mental health, early onset dementia and young adults needing transition into independence. We pride ourselves on having the ability to offer support to those with behavioural management issues and/or complex health needs, we do this by recruiting experienced staff teams and delivering high quality training. All services are offered to each individual in a way that promotes independence and increases opportunity for now and in the future.

This Mental Health Awareness Week, we're not here with life hacks or quick fixes. We're sharing what we genuinely see making a difference every single day, working alongside adults with learning disabilities, mental health conditions and associated needs across Somerset and Devon.

In our learners and in ourselves, five things come up time and time again.
Purpose. Routine. Being valued. Connection. Achievement.

Small things. Human things. The kind of things that can get lost when life feels hard but make all the difference when they're back in it.

None of this happens overnight. Building these things into your life takes time, and that's okay. Every small step counts and every step in the right direction is still a step forward.

These aren't revolutionary mental health strategies. They're just real. And they work.
