“We run youth groups so that youngsters can have fun, make friendships and learn about life. We always try to help kids understand God in such a way that it is relevant to them, and very much in their own way. In a sentence that sums up why John Boon has been a Brigade Leader for more than half a century, and 50 years ago why he started the 2nd Witham Com

pany. From their first meeting with four boys in 1972 the Company has grown to over 100 boys & girls with a dozen Officers and another three dozen adult volunteer leaders. Most join after being told about Brigade by their friends. And why not, for our activities reads like a wish list for youngsters. The difference is, that John Boon and our adult volunteer leaders can make those wishes come true, if that’s what the boys and girls in the Brigade want.

We hope you had a great Easter break, this is your reminder that Witham BB weekly meetings start again on with Company & Seniors meeting on Friday 17th April.

Anchors - Tuesday: 18.00 - 19.00
Juniors - Wednesday: 18.15 - 19.45
Company - Friday: 19.00 - 21.00
Seniors - Friday: 21.00 - 22.30

Hi everyone BB for this week is as follows:

Monday - Trustees meet 7.30pm at the BB office

Tuesday Anchors meet 6pm at Valley church for a special stay at BB games evening - we are not going out! Sorry

Wednesday Juniors are going going out to Games Arena Witham for a laser tag evening and games
Meet 6pm at Games arena Newland’s Precinct please and pick up from there 7.45pm

Friday - Company and Seniors meet 7pm for an adventure evening
Seniors have Witham BB show reel premiere of social media creations !

The Witham BB family Lego competition finishes tomorrow 16th. March at 6pm
Photos of your creation must be with me by then please by email Thanks

Hi everyone BB on Witham for this week is :

Anchors - Tuesday 6pm at Valley Church is Mothers Day craft and games

Juniors - Wednesday at 6.15pm at Valley church is Andrew’s secret evening ! Should be fun especially with all staff back now !

Company and Seniors meet Friday 7pm at Valley church for skills 3
Seniors have ART - culture evening !

Laser tag for Juniors is now full for March 18th.
More details next week but meet at Games Arena Newland’s Precinct Witham by 6pm sharp please and pickup 7.45pm food provided

Please remember new members in all age groups always welcome although Juniors is bulging a little !

Hi everyone BB for week commencing 2nd. March is as follows:

Anchors meet Tuesday 6pm for 5-8years at Guithavon Valley Church for a play hour! This week it’s “All around the world” activities ! With Tyler and Sally.

Juniors. For young people aged 8-11 years meet 6.15pm. Wednesday at Valley Church and this week oh dear it’s Keith’s spectacular spectacle !

Company and Seniors meet Friday 7pm at Valley Church for the second skills evening, Office clearance and moving things to the Unit !
Seniors is Findlay’s emergency tutoring session !

For all Juniors don’t forget to book laser tag/ food in Witham for Wednesday 18th. March
