CLAUDE NEEDS A HOME

I don’t usually bring dogs to the U.K. now unless it’s helping a tourist to relocate a stray they’ve fell in love with on holiday.

But…..there are rare occasions when I just need to find homes in the U.K. or Europe for special cases.

I have 5 of those special cases and the 5th story to tell you about is Claude.

One of our beach feeders found Claude on Palmar public beach.
He was barely alive, so weak and couldn’t walk.
We took him to the vets where after x rays it was revealed that he had a fractured hip.

He had his first operation to have his hip pinned and was taken into foster care with Barbara Rebecca ElkaBarbara Rebecca Elkazco ordinates the project.
He recently had his second operation to remove the pin.

He is a bundle of joy, energy, love and his favourite pastime is the zoomies and playing with other dogs.
He is a daschund cross so will remain small in size but he’s definitely big in personality! 😂

Claude loves the company of other dogs and loves to play so he will be most suitable to a home with at least one other friendly, playful and sociable dog.

In both the U.K. and Europe there will need to be an adoption application, home check and an adoption fee will apply to show commitment.

HONEY NEEDS A HOME

I don’t usually bring dogs to the U.K. now unless it’s helping a tourist to relocate a stray they’ve fell in love with on holiday.

But…..there are rare occasions when I just need to find homes in the U.K. or Europe for special cases.

I have 5 of those special cases and the 4th story to tell you about is Honey.

We were alerted about Honey on social media.

She was only a couple of months old and she was sitting alone near the shops.

She is another case of horrific cruelty and had been severely burnt at the hands of yet another excuse of a human being.

She was struggling to survive and just wanted to be noticed and yet people just walked on by showing no empathy or compassion.

She was a a baby, burnt, alone and starving and in desperate need of vet care.

So we went and got her, took her for treatment and then to our little shelter where we could care for her and keep her safe.

Honey loves other dogs as you will see from the attached video so she would really suit a home with another friendly playful dog/dogs.

Initially she will bark at strangers out of fear but once she knows you won’t hurt her she will be your best friend.

In both the U.K. and Europe there will need to be an adoption application, home check and an adoption fee will apply to show commitment.

3 PUPS NEEDING HOMES
I don’t usually bring dogs to the U.K. now unless it’s helping a tourist to relocate a stray they’ve fell in love with on holiday.
But…..there are rare occasions when I just need to find homes in the U.K. or Europe for special cases.

I have 5 of those special cases and the first 3 to tell you about are these beautiful, friendly, sociable and loving pups just full of life with so much love to give.

Zorro, Zoey and Zara lost their mum in the most horrific of circumstances.
At just a few weeks of age their beautiful mum was hung by some cruel excuse of a human being and they were left alone trying to feed from her lifeless body.
They were found by one of our volunteers with their deceased mum and taken into foster care.
It was at this point that I vowed to make sure their mums death was not in vain and that these 3 babies would have a better life away from the cruelty of Mauritius and I would find them homes overseas.

So could you be the family to give a home to one of these 3 beautiful siblings?

On what is World stray animal day I would like to thank all of our members for the support you give to us and most importantly our strays.
In a world where no one cares about their existence and whether they live or die!
We are their lifeline to fill their stomachs, help them when they are sick or injured and give them them the love and affection that many of them crave.
They are invisible to most but to us they matter and we will always do our very best for them.
