🧸 FREE Soft Play Sessions in Canterbury today! Our Canterbury Community SP, Eliza, will be representing Red Zebra this morning at Kingsmead Leisure Centre. Alongside Canterbury City Council, Canterbury Food Bank and other community organisations.

Looking for something fun to do with your little ones on a Wednesday morning?

Free soft play sessions for children aged 0–5 are taking place every Wednesday morning at Kingsmead Leisure Centre, Canterbury.

📅 Every Wednesday (including today!)
⏰ 9.30am–11.30am
📍 Kingsmead Leisure Centre, Canterbury

While the children play, parents and carers can chat with local support services about health and wellbeing, the cost of living, healthy eating and more.

Today we had our wonderful office volunteers in to man the car service

We then headed down to the Active Retirement Association in Whitstable with our Herne Bay Social Prescriber who led a gentle yoga class

Following on from some gentle yoga, our Whitstable Social Prescriber also delivered a talk to the Active Retirement Association presenting on how social prescribing works, who it’s for and how we keep your health and wellbeing at 100%
