A little bit of CPD for the climbing instructors.

Thank you Eddie as always it’s a great session and always learning from your vast knowledge and experience.

Last week we were invited back to the Weymouth Sea Cadets climbing wall to support with their emergency action planning.

We spent time reviewing and updating their current emergency action plan for the different types of climbing sessions they deliver, as well as building extra resilience into some of their processes.

A really valuable session focused on preparation, confidence and safe delivery.
