We had a great fun evening in the sea on Friday. Played water games, swum, had hot chocolate and finished the evening with some land based sports.

Many many congratulations to our rowing team on achieving first place at the District Rowing Competition. Well done to Cdt 1st Tom and Jacob and cadets Zack, Billy and Isaac.
And a brilliant turn out by our Zest sailor too.

What a day for our unit. Our first ever try at entering the Somerset & Dorset District Sea Cadets Boat Handling competition. The crew came 2nd! Well done to the crew CDT 1st Tom, Luke & kelsie! Super proud of you and your achievement!

And day 2 thanks again to all who helped at Fayre In The Square . Our support was greatly appreciated.
Shout out to cadet Nancy who went onto the mic to advertise the fundraising for Rotary, cadet Eli who spoke to everyone passing to encourage donation and our cadets and volunteers who put their first aid skills to practice on a lady on a mobility scooter

What a great day yesterday. Thank you to all our cadets, volunteers and parents who collects funds and handed out programmes for Fayre In The Square . We estimated we handed out over 4000 !!
A very hot day and everyone really enjoyed themselves. We had some great comments on how smart and polite they were!

Fayre in the square continues today.....and we're there again . A fabulous day of non stop music
