Walking sports are a fantastic way to stay active and enjoy physical activity, especially for those who prefer a slower pace or have specific health considerations.

Walking sports are a modified version of the traditional game, played at a walking pace with adapted rules.

Many of our traditional sports can now be played as a walking version. Walking football is the fastest-growing walking sport and follows football rules at a walking pace. It is also possible to play walking netball, walking cricket, walking rugby, walking basketball and more πŸ˜€
