Bracken is a happy, independent boy who has a soft spot for bum scratches! Bracken loves to have a run around a field but is also happy to pass time lounging around his kennel. He is a typical spaniel he loves water !

Bracken can be fearful with new people and new environments/situations but once he gets to know you he becomes your shadow.

He does sometimes need reassurance from his human so a confident owner would be ideal for him. Since arriving Bracken has had a grooming session where he showed how calm and patient he can be.

We can't believe Rosie hasn't found her home yet!

Despite having had a meet and greet and contacting several suitable applicants, she hasn't yet found the right match.

Breed: Miniature Dachshund

Dogs: Would prefer dog-free home
Cats: No
Children: 12+

Rosie is such a happy, friendly girl who makes friends with everyone she meets, she really is the snuggliest girl in the world.

Rosie adores being fussed and is content passing time just sat in your lap. She's had several spa days at the rescue, being bathed and having her nails done and she was such an angel for both. She wants a home where she can be given the time and attention that she deserves.

She is a typical dachshund, she's got a mind of her own and isn't afraid to share her opinions. She isn't aggressive towards other dogs, however we think she'd benefit from being the only dog in a household.

🐾 Trixie pupdate! 🐾

Trixie has been in her new home for a few months now after her Mum joined the ‘failed foster club’ and has settled in beautifully.

She would benefit from a home where she will be given opportunity to work her brain, experience training and go for enriching walks.

We feel Coconut would be a brilliant canicross companion or for someone who would like to get into scentwork/man-trailing

Unfortunately Raja’s first chosen applicant didn’t work out through no fault of hers.
We have contacted 3 more applicants who have all responded and no longer wanting to go ahead (which is fine we really appreciate the replies)

Children - 10 years + (dog savvy)

Raja is a young female Staffie cross who we believe hasn’t had much socialisation in her short life.

She is a happy young lady who thrives off human attention, she is currently learning how to be on her own for short periods of time while the kennel staff look after the other rescue dogs - with the help of enrichment toys she is doing great.

Raja has shown that she hasn’t been socialised with dogs very much and would benefit from a calm mature resident dog to help her learn the life of a dog.

She needs someone with time & patience for the training Raja needs.

Rio had a fabulous bank holiday weekend having a break with one of our volunteers.

He had a sleepover & enjoyed the sunny weekend with lots of attention 💓

We are currently going through the huge amount of applications we had for Rio, Raja & Aitch.
And getting the newbies ready for their new homes 🏠
