It is almost Friday again and time for Bumble Bees in our garden with water and sand pit to cool off this week. Bring sun hats and sun cream- there is a lovely breeze and shade under the trees. We run from 9:30 until 11 o'clock and you are all welcome with your little ones. Cafe and Coastal Community Supermarket open as well for shopping and refreshments. We have lovely fruit, dairy products, farm eggs, a full freezer and lots more.

🎉 Great News! Our Community Supermarket is Now Online! 🎉

We are delighted to announce that our Community Supermarket is now online. Our new Click & Collect service is available to everyone in Wells-next-the-Sea and the surrounding villages, alongside a limited delivery service.

This service has been designed to make accessing affordable food even easier for our community, at a time when the cost of living is ever increasing.

• People who are working and may not be able to visit during our normal opening hours – Click & Collect is available until 5pm.
• Those who find it difficult to get out and about due to health, mobility, or transport challenges.
• Anyone who is physically unable to visit our shop in person.
• Residents living in rural or isolated locations.
• Anyone in our community looking to access affordable food and household essentials.

Importantly, we do not means test – our Supermarket is open to everyone in our community with a permanent address.

We are very sorry but our Quiz is cancelled on Friday 26th June!!
We shall be back later in the year with our fun quiz we just don't have quite enough teams booked on due to people being on holiday and we are concerned it could be a little hot in our conservatory!!

Bumble bees our lovely Stay and Play shall be on tomorrow- 9:30-11, Friday 19th June. Don't forget to bring your hats and sunscreen. Lots of activities in the garden for you and your kiddies to enjoy. We look forward to seeing you.

🎭🎨 Join the Coastal Carnival Team! 🎨🎭

Would you like to be part of the Coastal Health & Wellbeing float in this year's Wells Carnival parade?

We're looking for people of all ages and backgrounds to help create our float and then join us as part of the community parade. Whether you're a Food Hub member, one of our Bumble Bees, attend an exercise class, wellbeing group, use the café, are a young person, a creative soul (or not!), we'd love you to be involved.

This is a chance to celebrate everything that makes our Coastal community so special and to represent Coastal Health & Wellbeing at one of the town's biggest community events.

✨ No experience needed – just enthusiasm!
✨ Everyone is welcome.
✨ The more the merrier!

We'll be holding a fun workshop on a Saturday in July to create the float decorations and start bringing our ideas to life. If you'd like to help with planning, making, decorating, or parading, we'd love to hear from you.

🧠🎉 Calling all quiz enthusiasts! 🎉🧠

If you love a traditional quiz packed with fascinating facts, fun knowledge, and those wonderfully random factoids that make quizzes so enjoyable, then this month's Coastal Quiz Night is for you!

Join us on Friday 26th June for an evening of friendly competition, laughter, and community spirit. Eyes down at 6:30pm and don't forget to bring a picnic! Our café will be open for drinks throughout the evening.

Better still, you'll be helping raise funds for Coastal Health & Wellbeing at The Old Cottage Hospital – your local community hub.
