Transitioning into your next step can be challenging, no matter how old you are. Whether you’re moving into a new year level at school, heading off to uni or starting college or sixth form, change can be tricky. It’s not all about new classrooms and different work either, there are so many social changes happening too.
We spoke to a sixth former about some of their struggles with loneliness at first and their top tips for coping with transitions.
