We are excited to announce that the date for the next Coneygear Repair Cafe will be on Friday 3rd July 2026
from 12pm-3pm. Teas, coffees and cakes will be available to buy from our Community Cafe and repairs will be carried out by our experienced team of volunteer repairers.

What a fabulous Repair Cafe yesterday!

34 items were brought in for repair including a garden shredder, vintage tricycle, CD players, wheelbarrow, chainsaw, jeans, teddies, trousers, shoulder bag and bingo machine!

We also held a successful children's Clothes Swish which saw over 70 people browsing and taking bags full of pre-loved clothes home with them.

That's so many items put back into use either by being fixed or finding new homes, therefore reducing the number of new items bought and preventing a huge amount of waste going to landfill.

Of course, there was plenty of tea, coffee and delicious cake too 😋

If you missed out this time, our next Repair Cafe will be Saturday 11th July 😉

Coffee, cake, repairs and a clothes swish… all happening at Warboys Community Centre now! Got electricals that need a fix or a hem that needs a repair? We’ve got a couple of spaces now but hurry, we close at 1pm… !

🌟 It’s nearly here! Warboys Repair Café and Clothes Swish is tomorrow, Saturday 18th April at the Community Centre! 🎉

Pop along between 10am-1pm, have a cuppa, a slice of cake, and learn from our amazing volunteers as they work their magic. ☕🍰

FREE Children's Clothes at our Swish event
Sat 18th 10-1 at Warboys Community Centre

At the children's clothes Swish, all items are FREE and were donated during the previous clothes Swish held at Warboys Primary Academy. Just bring yourself a bag ready to take some clothes to their new home.

Fun fact - did you know there is already enough clothing in the world to clothe the next 6 generations!!!!!

There will be tea, coffee and lots of scrummy cakes!

Our talented team of repairers will be on hand to look at your small household appliances, bikes, clothing, gadgets, kitchen and garden stuff that need sharpening as well as toys - all for a small donation.

Come along and bring something you’d like fixed or mended and help us reduce what goes to landfill.

Very excited for our joint Repair Cafe and Children's Clothes Swish Saturday 18th April at the Warboys Community Centre!

Bookings for repairs close this Saturday, however there will still be a limited number of walk in appointments available. We have availability for sewing repairs, electrical item repairs and general household items to give things a new lease of life and prevent them going to landfill.
