Its been just over six months now since we started up 'Ventnor Spiritual Community' I said from the begining that my aim was to continue to provide a Spiritual space for people in Ventnor & also for any profits we made to go to local charities. It has been a slow progress as we still have to pay rent & expenses. But I'm pleased to say we can now make a significant donation! We decided to donate to three Charities & you voted for...

Growing in Ways We Cannot Yet See

In nature, growth takes time and nurturing.
A seed does not become a tree overnight;
beneath the soil, in quiet darkness,
it gathers strength, patiently preparing to emerge.

And so it is with us.

There are seasons when we cannot see ourselves growing,
when life feels still and progress seems hidden.
Yet beneath the surface, roots are deepening,
wisdom, courage, patience, and faith taking shape.

A tree does not compare itself with another.
It simply receives the rain and sunshine,
endures the winds, and grows in its own time.

Perhaps we are called to do the same,
to trust the seasons,
to be gentle with ourselves,
and to remember that even the quietest seasons
are nurturing something within us.

Growth takes time.
And sometimes, we simply need to trust
that we are growing in ways we cannot yet see.

~ Open Circle ~
To all who are part of my Open Circle. The next one is next Thursday Sept 3rd. Sorry but I have to be abit tough but last week I only had 3 attend..as enjoyable as it is having a small group it didn't cover the cost of the room rent. This isn't the first time, that's why I had a break to rethink if I was to continue. Also I've been taught that you have to be dedicated to attend Circle if you are serious about your development & for the energies to be consistant..I do appreciate work/life gets in the way & occasionally it can't be helped. But its my time & energy too. The more people attend the better it stretches you & unfortunately we haven't had any new people join. I can put the cost up to £4.50 but i still think I need to have at least 5 people attend. If you can let me know you are definately coming but if there is less than 5 I will cancel the Circle for that week. I will rethink in October wether to continue. Thank you for understanding 🙏🪷
