The sunshine cat rescue We are a rescue organisation based in
West Oxfordshire caring solely for cats. Please note, we do not have a rescue centre to visit

The rescue group was formed in March 2012 when a national cat charity closed its West Oxon branch and it was decided that a new group must be formed to continue on the work that is so desperately needed. Indeed, many of our members are former volunteers of this national charity, with many years' experience caring for sick and unwanted cats and kittens, including the county's feral cat population.

Instead of an actual centre we have a team of dedicated fosterers who look after the cats in our care until ready to rehome.

Sunshine Cat Rescue have happily and successfully rehomed many many cats and kittens over the years but there are a few older cats, some with medical conditions that are harder to find a forever home. These cats become our Sponsor Cats.

If you would like to to sponsor any of our other sponsor cats, please visit our website and look for 'Sponsor a Cat'. You can donate for as little as £35 annually with a one off payment or twelve monthly payments of £3.00 each - and make a real difference to their lives.

If you would like to give sponsorship as a 🎁present 🎁 for a cat-lover, this can also be arranged. Just let us know!
