☕💜 Thank You! 💜☕

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for our Afternoon Tea yesterday. It was lovely to see so many people and we really appreciate all your support.

We’d also like to apologise that it was much busier than we expected. While we’re delighted so many people came along, we know we didn’t get the chance to speak with everyone as much as we would have liked.

If you’d like to find out more about our services or have a chat with us, please give us a call and we’ll be happy to arrange a time to meet.

A special thank you to Lorraine, Denise and Katarzayna for all the delicious baking, and an extra thank you to Katarzayna for helping to serve teas, coffees and cakes throughout the afternoon.

🎟️ Our monthly raffle tickets are now available! If you’d like to buy tickets or donate a prize, please get in touch. We already have some fantastic prizes generously donated by The Pig’s Nose Inn, Piglet Stores & Café and Bayards Cove Inn, with more to come.

🍓 Jam First or Cream??🍓

Join us this Friday from 1:00pm – 4:00pm for Afternoon Tea at Compassionate Care, Day and Home Services!

Enjoy a traditional cream tea with freshly baked scones, jam, cream, plenty of tea and cake and, most importantly, a good chat.

Come along, meet the team, have a look around our centre, and find out more about the services we offer to older adults in our local community.

🚗 Limited parking is available on site. There is a drop-off area immediately on the left as you enter where you may park for up to 20 minutes without registering your vehicle. If you are parking for longer in the main car park, please ensure we have your vehicle registration number on arrival.

☀️ What a wonderful day we’ve had today at Compassionate Care, Day and Home Services! ☀️

Our clients enjoyed a variety of activities including a trip out in the sunshine, feeding the chickens, spending time with some four-legged friends, a game of chess, getting creative with our wonderful local Totnes Caring art group, catching up over a cuppa, and relaxing watching a classic Carry On film.

It’s often the simple things that bring the biggest smiles – friendship, laughter, shared experiences and feeling part of a welcoming community.

Starting a new business comes with lots of challenges and questions, and you’ve both been so helpful, friendly, professional, and patient throughout the whole process. Nothing has ever felt too much trouble, and the support and guidance you’ve provided has been truly appreciated.
