At Inner Depth, we help children find their voice, grow in confidence, and discover just how powerful they can be in our exciting Dragon Classes!

Designed especially for ages 4–11, our classes are packed with movement, self-empowerment, games, and focus. Through fun challenges and playful training techniques, children learn how to stand tall, believe in themselves, and handle tricky moments with courage and self-belief.

Each child is guided to awaken their Inner Dragon—learning important life skills like Respect, Integrity, and Humility, while building Strength, Resilience, and self-discipline. We help them face everyday challenges, make positive choices, and grow into the very best version of themselves 🌟

SUMMER HOLIDAY DRAGONS FUN! ☀️😃

Over the holidays we are doing some “Dragons” workshops.
This is a fantastic opportunity for your child to keep up their skills over the Summer break, as well as a chance for new students to try our classes before the Autumn term.
The workshops are for 4 - 11 year olds and will take place on the following Wednesdays.
23rd July, 30th July, 6th August, 20th August and 27th August.
All workshops will be at Follaton Hall
2.00pm - 4.00pm
Members - £10 per workshop
Non-Members - £15 per workshop

We have been talking a lot about Resilience in our Dragons classes and making sure that even our young students understand what it means.
Some things in life come easily, but other things are more difficult and require you to keep trying even when things are hard. And when you face something challenging or you make a mistake - it doesn’t matter. What matters is that you learn from your mistakes and try again.
We are so proud of every single one of our students. They are always so keen to learn, help other students who may need support, and are all amazing young people. They make the future look very bright.
