Halloween done! ✔️ The hall looking suitably spooky for our Halloween family disco last night. Same time next year…? mwahahaha 👻🎃🕷️

Join Jo this evening!

Find a class this week and let the music lift you! 🎶🪩💃
Zumba has so many benefits but my absolute favourite is the community it builds. People just looking for escape, friendship and an exercise class that feels so good and doesn’t judge you.
So grab a friend and come and join us and feel your mood lifting as your body moves!

Did you know…?

Our hall is run entirely by volunteers!

And we need more help.

We need more people to take a turn at opening and closing to relieve the pressure on existing volunteers. This could mean as little as 30 minutes a week!

Please get in touch if you’d like to find out more.
