Friends of Woodside

Partnering with local businesses, councils & residents for sustainability, safety, and wellbeing. Friends of Woodside is a community-led initiative, envisaged and developed by Davi Cavicchioli, based at Woodside Industrial Estate in Dunstable, Bedfordshire. What began as a vision to bring people and nature together has grown into a collaborative platform dedicated to wellbeing, sustainability, and shared progress, demonstrating how community and industry can thrive side by side. We connect local people, businesses, and organisations through projects that promote environmental care, social wellbeing, and responsible governance, the three pillars of ESG. Our mission is to make Woodside a place where industry and community thrive together. Through environmental action, education, and wellbeing programmes, Friends of Woodside demonstrates how collaborative responsibility can enhance both quality of life and long-term sustainability. What We Do

Community Collaboration: Strengthening relationships between occupiers, residents, and local stakeholders through shared goals and active participation. Environmental Stewardship: Leading green initiatives such as biodiversity projects, tree planting, and waste-reduction campaigns to reduce the estate’s environmental footprint. Safety & Wellbeing: Encouraging awareness, cooperation, and community support networks that promote security, inclusion, and physical and mental health. Education & Awareness: Delivering talks, workshops, and local sessions that build knowledge of sustainability, responsible business practices, and environmental care. Recognition & Pride: Showcasing collective achievements and local improvements that reflect Woodside’s commitment to ESG values and sustainable progress. Our Vision

To establish Woodside Industrial Estate as a benchmark for ESG-driven community management, where environmental responsibility, social wellbeing, and good governance work hand in hand to create lasting value for people and place.
