New game added to class this past month and the kids absolutely love it 🔥

Were calling it Cone Heist/Cone Raid

A circle of cones is placed in the middle while the instructor swings a belt with a 'super' soft glove attached. The mission? Sneak in, grab a cone, and escape without getting tagged 😅

If you get hit, the cone gets dropped and you’re back to the start line! At the end the more cones you have the less amount of burpes you need to do

Sounds simple… until the pressure kicks in 👀

What the kids don’t realise is they’re developing loads of important skills while having fun:

✅ Timing and reactions
✅ Awareness and movement
✅ Decision making under pressure
✅ Confidence and bravery
✅ Speed and agility
✅ Focus and self-control

Games like this are one of the best ways to help children learn without feeling like they’re “training”. They stay engaged, work as a team, build confidence and improve martial arts skills naturally through play.
