📢 Important Update for All Our Customers

Unfortunately, due to the heavy rain over the last few days, the field has become too wet to safely drive on or use for parking for our regular bookings.

We have been advised that the new car park should be ready by Friday, although this may change depending on the weather and any delays to the work.

With everyone’s safety in mind, we have therefore made the decision to lock the gate by the barn temporarily. This means there will be no access to the hall or shop until it is safe to reopen access to the field for the shop or hall. Temporarily we ask that you park in or around Saxon close.

A few important requests while parking in Saxon Close:

* Please do not park on the pavements or block residents’ driveways.

* Please keep access to the main car park clear so the workmen can continue and complete the work as quickly as possible.

* If you attend one of our larger regular clubs, please consider car sharing where possible to help reduce the number of cars parking in Saxon Close.

We know this may be inconvenient, and we really appreciate your patience and understanding while we get through these final few days.

Thank you all for your continued support, patience and cooperation. We know everyone is keen to get back to normal, and hopefully, it won’t be much longer now!

Here is your weekly update on the car park progress the main entry still remains shut as the lads now make there way onto phase 2/3 but don’t forget you can access the hall/shop via the gate next to the barn we have added in the plan design so you can see how the carpark will look but keep a look out for the upcoming updates on how the carpark is coming along again another week has gone by and the lads at BJH paving are working very hard

Good morning everyone

we have decided as of today access to the shop and hall will be via the gate next to the barn you can then follow the hedge row and park at the top on the grass or the gravel parking outside the hall/shop

Please be aware we have taken the decision to shut the entrance to the shop and village hall due to disruptions to our delivery’s of stone and other materials yesterday it held up our lads and they have been working so amazingly to make sure they get our carpark up and running on time for us but with people not following what we have asked and parking in the way and also outside residents homes

Thankyou for your cooperation and supporting us while we continue to upgrade the facilities for all to enjoy
