Entry is free, but this year we're running timed entry so nobody has to stand in last year's queue. Grab a free ticket for the arrival time that suits you.

13:30 – 15:30
15:30 – 17:30

🌕 A big welcome to our new sponsor: HKUK! 🌕

We're delighted to announce that HKUK has come on board as a co-partner of Sutton Celebration's Mid-Autumn Festival on Saturday 26 September 2026 — and has generously donated £1,000 to help make the day happen.

🏮 And there's a treat for the little ones: HKUK is sponsoring our children's prizes! Kids can play at the game stalls, collect stamps as they go, and swap a full card for a lantern to carry through the festival. 🥮

HKUK is a community organisation supporting Hong Kongers living in the UK. From their base in Kingston they run regular activities, youth volunteering, professional advice sessions and a Chinese children's library — building a warm, welcoming community for everyone.

Support like this is what keeps our festival free, joyful and open to all. Thank you, HKUK, for standing with us. 💛

🏮 Become a sponsor of Sutton's Mid-Autumn Festival 2026 🌕

On Saturday 26 September 2026, thousands of people will gather on Sutton High Street for our free Mid-Autumn (Moon) Festival — a day of lanterns, live performances, children's activities and a vibrant food market celebrating East and Southeast Asian cultures.

We're inviting local businesses and organisations to come on board as sponsors. It's a brilliant way to reach a large, engaged local audience while supporting a much-loved free community event.

Our sponsorship tiers:

🥉 Bronze — £50: logo on our website
🥈 Silver — £150: logo on website + printed flyers and programme
🥇 Gold — £300: all the above + a banner at the event and a dedicated social media post
🌟 Headline Partner — £1,000+: a bespoke package, including naming a flagship activity, prominent branding throughout the festival, and more
🎁 Gift / Lucky Draw Partner (in-kind): donate a prize or product (min. £50 value) for our prize draw

Every sponsorship helps keep the festival free and open to everyone, and puts your brand at the heart of one of Sutton's most colourful community days.

🏮 Help us keep Sutton's Mid-Autumn Festival free for everyone! 🌕

On Saturday 26 September 2026, Sutton High Street will once again come alive with lanterns, music and street food for our free Mid-Autumn (Moon) Festival — and we'd love your help to make it happen.

Every year, a few thousand people of all backgrounds join us for traditional music and live K-pop dance, children's games and crafts, lantern-making, calligraphy, riddles and a bustling food market. It's completely free, run entirely by around 50 local volunteers.

This year we have a gap to close. A partner who previously funded our performances and venue isn't able to support us this time, leaving around £2,000 of essential costs without a backer. Your donation goes straight into the festival — performers, venue space, children's activities and decorations.

Whether you can give £5 or £50, or simply share this post, you're helping thousands of neighbours enjoy a brilliant free day out and helping our community feel more connected. 💛

All funds are held by our partner charity People Arise Now and go directly towards the festival.
