We are a charity run by local women for the benefit of local women. We provide information; support; advice; and education.

TOILETRY DONATIONS NEEDED
We’re reaching out to our wonderful local community for donations of toiletries for the women who use our centre.

We are always in need of essentials such as:
🧴 Shampoo & conditioner
🚿 Shower gel & body wash
🪥 Toothpaste & toothbrushes
🧼 Soap
🧴 Deodorant
💗 Other everyday personal care items

These simple essentials can make a huge difference to some of the women who use our service, helping them feel supported, cared for and valued.

If you’re able to donate, we would be incredibly grateful. Please drop donations into the centre during our opening hours.

Halloween fun is coming to Carshalton!

On 29th October, hunt for Halloween clues in local shop windows, solve the mystery word, and finish the trail at The Cryer for games, crafts and spooky fun.

A great day out for the whole family, all while supporting Sutton Women's Centre. 🎃

Just a couple of spots remaining! Don't forget to sign up for our free 2 day course to stay educated on domestic abuse.

The course will be in Sutton 18th November AND 2nd December and is in-person only.

- Learn what to say if someone tells you they are in a harmful relationship
- Raise awareness of what a healthy relationship is
- Become a domestic abuse community ambassador

Enjoy a variety of crafts to make and take home, including:

🕯️ Candle decorating
🏮 Lantern making
💌 Diwali card making
🎊 Hanging decorations

🌸 Rangoli Station
Relax and get creative by decorating a rangoli to showcase at our event. _Rangolis will be displayed at the event and will not be taken home._

🌱 Paperwhites Planting station
Get hands-on and plant your own paperwhites to take home and enjoy as they grow! (In addition to registering with Sohenee for the day please register names for this activity with Tejal 07795 691541)

📖✨ Interactive Jain & Hindu Diwali Story Session
Discover the stories, traditions and significance of Diwali in both Jainism and Hinduism through a fun, interactive session🪔

🍬 Barfi-Theme Recipe Sharing
As part of the day we’ll also be hosting a Barfi-themed recipe-sharing event!

We’re so excited to share that Shutes Tattoos is hosting a Halloween Tattoo Marathon in aid of Sutton Women's Centre. What better way to celebrate spooky season than with some fresh ink while supporting a cause that makes a real difference to the lives of women in our community?

This support will help us to continue our work, providing a safe, supportive space for women who need it. We’re incredibly grateful to Shutes for choosing to support us and to help raise awareness of the work we do. 💜
