The Queens Head Oddfellows Fund (or QHOF for short) are a group of like-minded individuals who meet on a once-monthly basis to organise fundraising events within the Three Suttons (Sutton Valence, Chart Sutton and East Sutton) Kent. ence. QHOF has made extraordinary donations to a wide range of causes in the past decade. It has bought mobility scooters for pensioners, purchased gravestones, bought sports strips for local schools and, with the proceeds from the 2011 Street Party, contributed a significant sum towards the completion of the Sutton Valence Play Area.

Next weekend we finally get to enjoy some quality time with two bank holidays. Why not do something different? A historical walk around the beautiful village of Sutton Valence and enjoy a refreshment in either of our welcoming pubs? Both dog friendly with a array of specials on offer. What's not to love?

QHOF have set a family Easter Trail again this year for the whole family to enjoy over the bank holiday weekend. A shorter route has been added for shorter legs. Pick up your pack at either village pub and enjoy a refreshing drink or meal on your return. Both pubs family and dog friendly.

Dear Supporters,

The QHOF committee have had to take the difficult decision to postpone the woodland Woodland Summer Ball this year as the costs of holding/deposits to suppliers have escalated by over 30% since the last ball. This diminishes our ability to hold funds for a donation to a beneficiary.

We will however, during this time, make all efforts to organise this unique and popular event at an affordable price whilst retaining the wonderful experience alongside raising money to donate to our chosen cause for another time.

To attain this, we intend to host six or seven smaller events in and around the three Suttons area throughout 2026 to raise funds to donate and grow enough to fund the following year's ball and support local businesses.

Once again, may we offer our sincere thanks for your continued support, and we hope to see you at one of our events throughout 2026.

We do this by raising funds running various events throughout the year, such as family fun day, summer ball and easter trail.
